Travis D. Andres graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law, in Toledo, Ohio, with a certificate of concentration in Environmental Law in 2008.  Prior to law school he worked as an Archaeology Field Technician.  Mr. Andres earned a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Anthropology from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.  After law school Mr. Andres relocated to Decatur, Georgia in May 2009, and was sworn into the Superior Court of DeKalb County.  Mr. Andres is also admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the Federal District Court for the District of North Georgia.  Since his admission to the Georgia Bar, Mr. Andres has had the opportunity to gain experience in diverse array of practice areas including family law, criminal defense, traffic defense, juvenile law, wills and estates, general civil litigation, and homeowners association representation. Mr. Andres currently focuses his practice on family law and criminal defense.
